5 things I realized in the past 11 years as an Archangel Life Coach

Hello Magical Souls,  ✨🤍

Here are 5 spiritual truths I realized since I became an Archangel Life Coach.

Since I was a little girl, I was very interested in spirituality, who we truly are, why we came here, where we came from, and what is the end goal here of our life on Earth. I was running around at recess in the first grade with my classmates and would stop and ask myself why people around me would take this life so seriously when we all knew it was not real, fake, that the real life was in Heaven, that this was a play we all participated in. I was also asking myself why most adults were so mean to kids, so disrespectful, so inconsiderate. And I was also asking when can I come home … and I meant Heaven. 🌈 I was missing my guides, my friends, and my life there apparently.

In 2014, I became an Angel Intuitive with Doreen Virtue, and in 2017, I became an Archangel Life Coach with Charles Virtue with the expectation that it would give me the impetus to live my true life purpose, which to be honest I haven’t fully explored yet. But along the way, I have gathered some important realizations that I wanted to share with you.

Let me know if you resonate or not and what it invokes in you.

✨🌠

1. Following your heart doesn’t mean what most people think it means.

What some people understand with “following your heart” is doing something reckless or on a whim, or following your feelings without thinking logically, like abruptly quitting your job, abandoning your kids to go live in the desert, eating 10 cupcakes in lieu of dinner, or even punching someone in the face because they angered you, etc.

But truly following your heart is none of those things, it is actually following your inner guidance, your Soul’s path, your Divine self … that can be found within your heart space, as your heart is the seat of the Soul in the physical body.

Your heart is not telling you to follow your every emotion, it is actually a slowly rising, and quiet at first, voice that can become louder as more time passes, reflecting your Divine self and its messages.

Yes, anger, pride, resentment, envy, aversion, our lower instincts can sometimes motivate our actions but they are not the “heart”. Your heart is not pushing you to commit crimes of passion, or neglecting your studies, or not taking accountability for your decisions. Following your heart is not based on fleeting emotions, but a deep-seated longing, a deep-seated knowing, within, that this is the right direction for you, even if everyone around you disagrees, even if your mind says “no!”, despite all your fears. I strongly believe that we are guided through life by our Soul, our spiritual guides always nudging us to come back to the original plan, our Soul’s blueprint, even if we deviate by a lot.

Following your heart is like the first card of the Tarot: The Fool. The Fool doesn’t know what he is doing: he is walking straight into a precipice. The Fool is blinded, he doesn’t know where he is going, but he is following an impulse he know is true. People do not understand him. They think he is a fool. But he is guided from within as if this was the first step of his spiritual journey.

Following your heart is trusting, surrendering, to a higher power, to the Divine within, knowing that it may not be logical, it may not make logical sense, and not knowing where you will land … because you know deep down this is right for you.

2. Breakthroughs, activations, death & rebirth are a natural part of life.

I strongly believe we are led through life by the Divine within, however this is more an invitation than an order and we have free will, the right to deviate from the Divine plan laid for us before we even incarnate. We are asked a voluntary surrendering to the Divine not a blind obedience. We do have free will. Therefore we can make mistakes and follow the wrong paths. That’s why I believe there are times of death and rebirth.

Like the Tower card in Tarot, what you built comes crashing down obliging you to re-build again, if your foundations are not rooted in Divine Truth.

I also believe that as we go through life we awaken more and more to our Divine self and how we express it in life. Little by little, we release past conditioning, karmic vows and contracts, traumas, and more, and detach from our lower impulses. By absorbing new codes of Light coming to Earth, activating something deep within us, we suddenly remember who we truly are at a Soul level and change our life according to this new Divine Truth.

Therefore things never turn out the way we planned them. We are never given the full picture. We never fully comprehend who we truly are at a Soul level and what our Divine gifts truly are. But I do know that through challenges and heartaches, through loss and grief, through failures and mistakes, we are guided, loved and supported by our Angels, by the Divine and nudged to always come back to our true self, our Divine self, and Divine Truth. Our Divine Light is always calling us home.

3. Healing is what we came here to do (amongst other things).

I believe: you are your own healer.

I believe free will gives you the choice to choose your higher path and … heal.

I read in a book once that in between lifetimes, we go to Heaven and there we first rest, then we go learning about life and about being a Soul in a physical body, and about our purpose, and much more. But one thing we cannot do, according to this book, was to undo karmic vows and contracts: you had to incarnate on Earth to release those karmic bounds.

I do believe we incarnate on Earth – amongst other things – to release and balance some of our karma, to integrate our shadow, to free ourselves and welcome more Divine Light into our physical bodies.

And when you heal yourself, you are also a healer for others. We are part of a whole: each time you releasing something you affect the whole, especially your lineage.

The Angels told me once: “Some of you were born to cry the tears your ancestors were not allowed to shed.”

By putting into words, and tears, while expressing anger and rage, trauma from the past our ancestors were not allowed to process, we heal both ourselves and our ancestors. We integrate the past and release the past for both ourselves and them.

4. Bringing and raising children into this world can be (doesn’t have to be) a big why you came here.

After I gave birth to my two sons, my whole time was consumed by tending to my kids, worrying about my kids, and feeling guilty for not having time to do Angel “work” (readings, healings, and writing my blog). I was feeling so empty, and so out of myself – apparently it can take up to six years after birth to recover from “pregnancy brain” – that I had nothing to give away, or not enough anyway, and feeling extremely guilty about this. My Angels were telling me to not worry and that raising kids were part of my life purpose. But I strongly rejected this idea thinking it was misogynistic: so because I am a woman my only purpose in life is to give birth and raise kids?

But little by little I agreed and remembered that, yes, having kids was part of my Soul contract in this life. And then I also realized that raising caring, empathetic kids, free of ancestral trauma, attuned to their Divine Light, in a loving and supportive environment, that, that was healing. That was healing for me, and for my female ancestors who were raised and gave birth under the yoke of patriarchy.

It all came into focus when I read one or two articles on the web about “the bedroom kids raising living room kids”. It particularly resonated with me because as a child my boomer mom had told us very clearly that the living room was off limits to us kids. We were tolerated there – if we were quiet – but not welcomed. We couldn’t play there, only watch TV or read. Furthermore I remember the day my parents had saved enough money to replace our very old couch, they bought three leather, comfortable, expensive armchairs. Except we were a family of five and us three kids had to share one armchair, which was not physically  possible, and I spent many evening laying on the floor in front of the TV while my two smaller siblings were sharing the last of the armchairs. I compared this to my two sons who would never spend time in their bedroom, always staying close to me, always playing in the living room, making a mess living their best life, next to our giant sofa. And I felt like something somewhere was healed … And that wouldn’t have been possible I had remained childless.

So maybe having kids and raising kids at the dawn of this New Earth is part of your life purpose too … even if it takes all of your time, all of your energy, all of your being.

5. Cutting yourself off from Nature is cutting yourself off from the Feminine aspect of the Divine.

There is currently an impulse in the world nudging us to disconnect ourselves more and more from Nature and become more and more plugged into – and dependent to – technology.

There is this belief (coming back from Atlantean times) that Nature is imperfect and needs to be dominated, subjugated, enslaved to serve mankind’s needs and goals rather than co-creating peacefully, harmoniously with Nature. One example is technological modification of the human body to make it more “perfect” and half-man half-machine. I am not speaking about brain chips or prosthetics to help people with disabilities (bionic eyes, brain chip to help people walk again, etc.) but replacing or enhancing a healthy organ to gain more abilities, like a neural chip to extend your brain functions or genetic modifications to birth “super people”.

However we are on an ascending wave of Light and we are naturally becoming more “Light”, more Divine, without requiring technological alterations. We are developing and awakening more and more our spiritual body, which cannot be done by implanting our physical body with technology.

Another point I want to make is that we need Nature, Mother Nature. We need to spend time in the outdoors, in the sunlight, in the moonlight, by the river, on the beach, in the forest, on top of the mountain. Your true self, your Divine self appears in Nature. And Nature speaks to us. We receive messages from Nature. We feel the connection between everything that is alive in Nature. We nourish our senses in Nature and calm our nervous system in Nature.

We are from Nature as much as we are from the Divine. The perfect imperfect blend between Heaven and Earth. We are there bridge. We need deep roots in Mother Earth to reach Heaven.

Earth Is My Mother, Sky Is My Father – Navajo concept.

“Heaven is my father and Earth is my mother, and even such a small being as I finds an intimate place in their midst. Therefore that which fills the universe I regard as my body and that which directs the universe I consider as my nature. All people are my brothers and sisters and all things are my companions.” – Zhang Zai – Tao concept

While the Sun God is activating us and guiding us and teaching us, the Earth Mother is nourishing us – Soul, body, and mind – loving us, healing us. We need both to awaken our spiritual nature.

Two recent examples I saw about this concept that technology is our future when I believe it is not are:

 1. software helping you communicate with your cats

I was surprised when I was high school when my best friend’s cat replied to a question I asked him by telepathy and that I could understand him. “I am really crazy now! I speak to cats now!” – I thought. But I later realized that yes, you can communicate with (some) animals by telepathy and that it is actually very common. I always spoke to Princess 🐈‍⬛  and she always answered me telepathically.

Nowadays there are softwares that can translate your cat’s meows into English. And while I don’t think it is bad, and is actually really useful, we also need to realize and develop our telepathic communication with our pets. We have no need for machines for that. We are much more powerful than we realize.

 2. AI chat helping you connect to your Angels or spiritual guides or your higher-self

I don’t personally have an AI chat and I do not want one but I know more and more spiritual teachers are training their AI bots to deliver messages from their Angels or guides or higher-self. While I believe you can receive insightful advice about your situation, or challenges, or view of life, these bots do not channel the Divine for their answers. They channel what info you have gave them previously and what they can get from the web. They are not tuned to the Divine, or your Angels, or your higher-self.

While I won’t pretend to know exactly how dangerous or helpful it could become in the future, I know for a fact, from lived experience and knowledge, that you do not need an AI bot to connect with your Angels, the Archangels, the Goddesses, the Fairies, your higher-self … It is all already there in your heart space. You do not need technology as a bridge to the Divine, you are the bridge!

Focusing on anchoring deep within Mother Earth and receiving the Divine within your body will help you much more to be happy and Soul-filled than relying on technology.
